Terms and conditions - Please read and understand the following terms and conditions. Purchase of a service from KissFromItaly implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation – Cancellations must be communicated by email writing to email@example.com. If a service is cancelled less than three days (72 hours) before the scheduled departure time, 100% of the price must be paid. If a service is cancelled more than three days (72 hours) before the scheduled departure time, the price will be totally refunded except the following: 1) Tickets and reservations that have been already purchased for the client will not be refunded 2) Bank charges/transfer fees related to the payment of the service will not be refunded (4%)
Force Majeure - KissFromItaly, its agents, representatives, and contractors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God or Governments, war hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions or any other occurrences beyond our immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided. This may include the possibility that one or more venues included in a tour are closed or not accessible A) where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of KissFromItaly or where KissFromItaly is not notified by the venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue B) the inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations and protests. In case of force majeure, KissFromItaly reserves the right (but makes no guarantees) to offer substitute services that it judges may be an adequate replacement for the originally scheduled service. If no substitute is available, or the substitutes offered are not accepted, no refunds will be made.
Bookings - KissFromItaly processes orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, this means within two to three business days, however, depending on the complexity of the booking and how far in advance the order is made, the time necessary to complete the order may vary. Orders are prioritized chronologically and processed as soon as technically possible. If the preferred date(s)/time(s) are not available, we will book as close as possible to your preferred times unless instructed otherwise. Though KissFromItaly will do its best to guarantee your requested time, we reserve the right to book (fifteen) 15 minutes before and (ninety) 90 minutes after your requested time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you provide us with all information and instructions in connection with your order, including all limitations that might apply (e.g.: arrival date/time in town, time restrictions in the event that the preferred time is not available, etc.). KissFromItaly price includes reservation fees, our service fee and the entrance tickets. If the requested service is not available on the day and time that you chose and it is not possible for you to take the service at a different time/date, a full refund will be given to you.
Vatican – Access to the Vatican requires legally valid proof of ID and an appropriate dress code. The dress code states that women must have their legs covered to the knees, covered shoulders and covered belly. Men must wear totally long pants. Entry may be denied if one or more of these conditions are not respected. In such cases KissFromItaly will not be responsible for the loss and no refund will be made. KissFromItaly will provide access to the Vatican Museums by purchasing on behalf of the client tickets and reservations that grant the right to use the fast track entrance. The fast track entrance allows skipping the lines that generally forms at the standard entrance. Please note that security screening is required also when using the fast track entrance and that this may occasionally create some waiting time.
Private Boat Tours - Services that require the use of a private boat may be cancelled by KissFromItaly if the weather/sea conditions are considered unsafe for navigation by the captain. In this case the client may choose between rescheduling the service or receiving a full refund. If the weather/sea conditions are considered safe for navigation, the boat tour will take place rain or shine.
Responsibility - KissFromItaly act as an agent for carefully selected service providers, all of which are independently owned and managed. KissFromItaly shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience or any other irregularity due to wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omission on the part of the service providers. By engaging KissFromItaly and making payment for the specified services, you agree to hold KissFromItaly harmless in making arrangements on your behalf and that any claims of damages, refunds or credits shall be sought directly from the service providers.
Delays and no-shows - Upon confirmation of your service, you will receive a voucher specifying the details of the service as well as contact information for the local service providers (e.g. private guide, private driver) and contact information for assistance. If you anticipate that you will be delayed for any reason and will not be able to honor your scheduled meeting time, it is your responsibility to call the service supplier at the provided phone number or, if they are not available, the KissFromItaly office in Italy, to inform of your delay. Whenever possible we will do our best to reschedule your meeting time at no extra cost, however it may happen that a reschedule is not possible or that it incurs an additional cost. If a call is not made prior to reservation time, and/or you are not able to be present for your meeting time within one hour, the service will be considered a no-show. No-show clients cannot re-schedule the service and must re-book the service at the full price.
Meeting point: It is your responsibility to arrive to the meeting point on time.
Notice of Non-Receipt of Service Vouchers - If the requested vouchers have not arrived prior to your departure date, it is your responsibility to contact KissFromItaly at least one full business day BEFORE your departure from your home country, so that the necessary information can be resent. Failure to contact us to allow re-sending may result in loss of your reservation and/or tickets for which we will not be responsible.
Reviewing Voucher Information - While KissFromItaly takes the utmost care in making sure the information on your travel vouchers is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review vouchers immediately after receiving them. Failure to contact us in time to allow for the correction and re-sending of vouchers could result in the loss or cancellation of your services listed on the voucher for which we will not be responsible, and in such case no refunds will be possible.
Service changes - While we make our best to accommodate all client needs, changes requested by the client to KissFromItaly AFTER the voucher has been finalized and sent to the client, may incur a modification charge of up to 50 Euro. The modification charge adds up to any other additional cost may be required for the change (e.g. purchase of additional tickets, inclusion of more participants, rent of a bigger auto).
Age Limit - In order to purchase a service form KissFromItaly you must be at least 18 years old
Insurance - KissFromItaly strongly recommends you to purchase a travel insurance before departure. Your travel insurance should provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability
