Hi Cori, hope you are well. We had an amazing experience with Margherita. She was extremely intelligent, friendly and fun. My family was very impressed with her knowledge of all things Italian history. And the fact that she engaged our children in the discussion was a big plus. Anyone who is lucky enough to be paired with her will have an amazing experience. Would highly recommend her again and again and the Vatican tour itself was fantastic. Five stars from the Sforza's! Our only constructive feedback for the tour is that we felt that we would have benefitted from a headset so as she explained things, we would be able to view the artwork while she narrated. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy this year. Alessandro is extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about what he does. The food was great and was fun to meet new friends and share a some good time together. I absolutely recommend this tour!
Dear Cori, Our trip today was Fantastic! Starting with our driver Nicola who was on time. He was able to get us to Florence early and drove to the park overlooking the city. He gave us a great place to start our excursion. Driving safely and carefully back to our ship. Our tour guide Brenda was superb!! Her knowledge and descriptions of the paintings made them come alive. She escorted us to the school of leather and was helpful and patient while I shopped. Our next stop was the Duomo and Baptistery, which she explained in great detail. Our tour far exceeded our expectations due to the expertise of Nicola and Brenda. We will highly recommend your company to our friends. Thank you for arranging this wonderful tour that made our day in Florence.

The best day of our vacation! The scenery is amazing, and having a private yacht allowed us to escape the crowds of the beach and enjoy some wonderful time at sea. They booked for us lunch in La Maddalena and it was really great. Thank you Kissfromitaly!
From start to finish, everything was flawless. We chose the 43 FT yacht and it was perfect for our group of five! The captain was friendly and attentive, making us feel special all day. The sea of Costa Smeralda is unbelievable!

We enjoyed the tour of the Vatican but even more we enjoyed having Laura as a guide. After our morning tour, Laura lunched with us near the Vatican! She told us some personal things, which was very nice because during lunch it all was a bit more informal. After a lovely lunch we did the Vatican tour. It was very, very, very crowdy but Laura was very professional. To be honest, it was too crowded for me and my son so we told Laura to only show us the most important sights so we could leave as soon as possible. She did her very best to meet our wishes! We had a great day with Laura and when we will be visiting another part of Italy in the future, we will definitely book our tours with kissfromItaly! I cannot imagine visiting the Vatican without making reservations to skip the line! It was huge! We felt very special in skipping the line while all the people were waiting. Inside the museums it was crowded but the guide knew her way around and was able to take us through the many rooms without us being stuck in the crowd. We learnt a lot and enjoyed every minute of our time. It wasn't cheap, but in the end worth every penny. Thank you kissfromitaly!

I wanted to thank you for your help with setting up our transfers and the Vatican tour. While the Vatican was very hot and overcrowded (no fault of anyone) we did feel that our tour guide Lia was very good and made the best of experience. Our transfers were great as well, the drivers very helpful, courteous and on time. These little things that many overlook, were so seamless that they are almost forgotten when you remember the trip at a later date, yet really make the trip in the end. Thank you again. We did a private tour of the Vatican with my family. Booking the tour was very easy. The guide was already waiting for us at the meeting point when we arrived. The tour of the Vatican was three hours long. The guide was very good. We had reservations to skip the line. The guide come to hotel to meet us. We saw Sistine Chapel, Basilica San Pedro, Museum Vaticanos. Unfortunately we cannot see the Pope. The tour was expensive but good.

Kiss From Italy gave us the best day of our trip to Italy and amazing memories! The entire experience was first class, including the planning with Francesca who was very professional, accessible and helpful with the details and recommendations. We were picked up at the cruise terminal right on time by a very professional driver in a new vehicle and brought to the port where our boat was docked. The boat was exactly as advertised, really nice and very clean with excellent seating (front and back) and cabin. Luca, our captain, was a rock star! The Sorrento Coast, Isle of Capri and Amalfi Coast were his home territory and he very clearly spent his whole life on a boat navigating those waters. Luca made sure that we saw everything possible in a day, told us about the history, culture and the best food in the area, made sure that we had everything we needed, had us laughing along the way, and gave us plenty of privacy as well. A big thank you and strong recommendation for Kiss From Italy!

The daytrip to Florence we took with my girlfriend was fabulous. We were on a Mediterranean cruise and contacted Andrea to arrange it. He answered all my questions and organzied everything for us. We enjoyed seeing Florence and our guide gave us a great suggestion for a perfect Tuscan lunch in lovely little square. It was a perfect day.

We had a great tour of Florence and Pisa coming from our cruise. The name of the guide was Elena who showed great passion for what she was doing and speaks perfect English. The driver was waiting for us at the docks when we arrived. We were nervous about being late on return, but everything was very well organized and we got back to the port on time as planned.

Ciao Cori! I'm so sorry for the delay in contacting you! It's been very hectic since our return. We were all EXTREMELY happy and very impressed with our KissFromItaly excursions. The drivers were always prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of making sure we DIDN'T MISS THE BOAT!!! (Even when we were stuck on the freeway on our way to Pisa due to a traffic accident! They still made sure we saw Pisa and got us to the ship with time to spare!) The vehicle choices were great! We all rode in style and comfort. Our guides were AMAZING! So friendly, considerate, and SO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. We couldn't have asked for more! We were all so very glad that we chose KissFromItaly. We had an amazing private boat trip from Naples to Capri/Blue Grotto. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Francesca was terrific to work with in setting up our private boat experience. She was quick to respond with answers to all of our questions. We were a group of 11 (7 were kids 5-13). We reserved the 38ft boat and opted to have them pick up/drop off from cruise port, well worth the extra dollars. Luca was our skipper and was very friendly and engaging with the adults and kids during our trip. He navigated us around the island of Capri and showed us some absolutely beautiful grottos. The water was a bit choppy, so we were unable to swim. Then Luca made a lunch reservation for us at a delicious restaurant on Capri right on the water. The whole day was perfect! The boat did come with drinks and towels, there was plenty of seating in and out of the sun. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you Francesca for all your help and making this a wonderful experience for our family.
