Description:
This half day excursion to Pisa will start with a private driver pick-up at your hotel in Florence (if you wish to start from a different location please email us).
In about one and half hour drive aboard of a comfortable Mercedes sedan or minivan you will arrive to Pisa.
In Pisa you will start at Piazza dei Miracoli, the great square where all the main historical buildings are located: the Leaning Tower, one of the most famous monuments in the world; the Baptistry, started in 1152, with the sculptures of Nicola Pisano; the magnificent Cathedral, built between the 11th and 12th century. If you wish to climb on top of the leaning tower, we will make for you the necessary advanced reservation. To add this feature, please select the option in the reservation box (upper right corner of this page). Please note that we cannot guarantee availability for the visit on the tower (a full refund will be given in case the tickets are sold out).
You may do the tour on your own or we can provide a private guide who will show you around and enhance the enjoyment of your visit (please select the option in the reservation box located in the upper right part of this page). For the visit in Pisa you will have about one hour. At the end of the tour, the driver will take you back to your hotel in Florence (or other agreed location).
